Form CRS: who we are and what we charge.

Our Client Relationship Summary: the services we offer, the fees you pay, our conflicts of interest and the standard we are held to, in plain words.

Sample text for the Tranche template, written for a fictional company. Have every document reviewed by a lawyer and your compliance officer before you publish.

1. Is an investment advisory account right for you?

Tranche Wealth, Inc. is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment adviser. Brokerage and investment advisory services and fees differ, and it is important for you to understand the differences.

Free and simple tools are available to research firms and financial professionals at Investor.gov/CRS, which also provides educational materials about investment advisers, broker-dealers and investing.

This text is a sample Client Relationship Summary written for a fictional company. It is not a filed Form CRS. Replace it with your firm’s own, and have it reviewed by your compliance officer and counsel.

2. What investment services and advice can you provide me?

We offer financial planning and discretionary portfolio management to retail investors. Our software reviews your accounts each morning and drafts proposed moves; a credentialed advisor reviews every draft and signs, changes or rejects it before any order is placed.

Discretionary means we can buy and sell investments in your managed accounts without asking you first, within the limits of your plan and advisory agreement. You can limit this authority at any time. We monitor your managed accounts daily as part of our standard service.

Our minimum account size and the full description of our services are in our Form ADV Part 2A brochure. Questions to ask us: Given my financial situation, should I choose an investment advisory service? Why or why not? How will you choose investments to recommend to me?

3. What fees will I pay?

You pay an ongoing asset-based fee, a percentage of the assets we manage, billed quarterly in arrears and deducted from your account. The more assets in your account, the more you pay in fees, so we have an incentive to encourage you to increase the assets in your account.

You also pay costs to others: fund expense ratios, custodian charges and taxes. You will pay fees and costs whether you make or lose money on your investments. Fees and costs will reduce any amount of money you make on your investments over time. Please make sure you understand what fees and costs you are paying.

Our current fee schedule is on our Fees page and in our Form ADV Part 2A brochure. Question to ask us: Help me understand how these fees and costs might affect my investments. If I give you $10,000 to invest, how much will go to fees and costs, and how much will be invested for me?

4. What are your legal obligations to me when acting as my investment adviser?

When we act as your investment adviser, we have to act in your best interest and not put our interest ahead of yours. At the same time, the way we make money creates some conflicts with your interests. You should understand and ask us about these conflicts because they can affect the investment advice we provide you.

For example, because our fee grows with the assets we manage, we have an incentive to recommend that you move more assets to us or keep cash invested rather than paying down debt. We do not receive commissions, 12b-1 fees or payment for order flow. More detail is in our Form ADV Part 2A brochure.

Question to ask us: How might your conflicts of interest affect me, and how will you address them?

5. How do your financial professionals make money?

Our advisors are paid a salary and a bonus based on the quality of their advice and client service. They are not paid based on the products they recommend or the trades they place.

6. Do you or your financial professionals have legal or disciplinary history?

Replace this answer with your firm’s own (“Yes” or “No”, as filed). Tranche Wealth is a fictional company used for demonstration.

Visit Investor.gov/CRS for a free and simple search tool to research us and our financial professionals. Question to ask us: As a financial professional, do you have any disciplinary history? For what type of conduct?

7. Additional information

You can find additional information about our investment advisory services, and request a copy of this relationship summary, through the form on our Contact page.

Questions to ask us: Who is my primary contact person? Is he or she a representative of an investment adviser or a broker-dealer? Who can I talk to if I have concerns about how this person is treating me?
